Walter Pucci, Founder & CEO, has 41 years experience in the industry and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota. He has won multiple awards for service and sales while working in this industry over his career. He has years of experience in developing inspection programs, assisting with wood decay research, technical advice on committees that deal with wood decay and is known in the utility industry as a leader in the field of pole inspection and maintenance. Walter is also a member of the American Wood Protection Association.
Jonathan Horton, President, has 25 years experience in the industry in the field of pole inspection and maintenance. He has won several safety awards and is currently developing work safety programs. Jon has over 19 years experience in the field operations, managing human resources, implementing inspection tools, pole reinforcements, inventory, inspection and maintenance. Throughout his experiences in dealing with human resources he has trained over 100 people in the industry for both QPIM, Inc and utility companies. Jon is a member of the American Wood Protection Association.
Robbie Camacho, Vice President of Sales, has 18 years experience in the industry working his way up from the inspection crew of QPIM, Inc. Robbie has been a Forman, Supervisor and now is responsible for several million in sales for QPIM, Inc annually. Robbie has won multiple company awards for productivity, customer service, and safety. Robbie graduated from Blinn College in Brenham, TX majoring in Business and is a member of the American Wood Protection Association.
Gan Li, PhD, Vice President of IT, has 19 years experience in the area of computer science where his programming and expertise were used for the implementation of a copyright GIS software to manage forest inventory. Li also has multiple years experience in wood science where he developed new screening tests that were accepted by the American Wood Protection Association. Li has been awarded multiple academic awards and is a member of the American Wood Protection Association.
